Audiencore avoids advertising cookies and third-party tracking. General browser analytics and the analytics anonymous-ID key remain disabled. Optional standard Discover observation is a separate default-off account setting.
The current tab keeps a limited setup token, OAuth state, expiry and attempted genre selection so registration can recover after a reload. Email codes and SoundCloud credentials are not stored here. Account-deletion confirmation keeps a short-lived proof tied to the original signed-in account. Completion, expiry, cancellation or an account change clears the relevant attempt; closing the tab or clearing site data can prevent recovery.
Account-scoped tab storage retains the exact attempted vote or staff publication/edit and, when available, its confirmed receipt before local cleanup. Reload never resends a saved attempt. Private Support messages are not copied. Unsent typing, closing the tab and clearing site data are outside recovery; discarding the local copy does not erase a saved proposal or vote.
Before sending a staff workflow change, account-scoped tab storage retains the exact attempted case link, backlog item, next action, UTC date and internal explanation. It stores no requester complaint or conversation. Recovery requires explicit review; local discard does not undo server changes. Closing the tab or clearing storage can remove the copy.

Notes saved with the retired interest form may remain in this browser. The current entry flow does not read, send or delete them. You can remove them through browser site-data controls.
Account-scoped tab storage retains your attempted complaint and original invitation identifiers before sending. Staff recovery retains only the reviewer’s own attempted explanation and case identifiers, never the requester’s conversation or evidence. Confirmed copies record only the information needed for local cleanup. These copies survive page reload, not closing the tab or clearing site data. Discarding a recovery copy does not withdraw a saved report or outcome.
The current web UI does not create or reuse an anonymous analytics identifier and does not post page-view, CTA-click, or login-completion events. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, PostHog, Mixpanel, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or session replay is connected. Optional Discover observation uses your signed-in account only after explicit opt-in. Consent-change recovery may retain the exact operation and chosen setting in this tab until confirmed; display events are never queued in browser storage. You can review consent, retained records, the 90-day limit and withdrawal deletion in Account settings.
Users can log out to clear auth-session data and can clear browser-local planning data through browser settings. Music, campaign plans and observations have explicit deletion controls; deleting a plan also deletes its observations. The release journal exports manual observations as CSV. Workspace copies exports and restores the music workspace as JSON and transfers account copies explicitly. Logging out does not erase the browser workspace or community records. My data offers confirmed deletion for eligible Community-only accounts. It clears the matching browser sign-in after server confirmation, but leaves browser-only plans and downloaded copies. Accounts with legacy or staff records require support review.
